Once the deeds have been registered, the Deeds Office scans them for electronic storage.

After the deeds have been scanned, they are returned to the attorneys.

If the buyer has registered a bond, the new title deed is sent to the bond attorney for onward transmission to the buyers bank for
safekeeping until such time as the bond has been cancelled.

If no bond was registered ifo the buyer, the original title deed is handed to the Seller for safekeeping.
