SURVEYOR GENERAL DIAGRAMS
THE PROCESS
If the property being transferred is being altered from its original dimensions on the existing diagram, then a new Surveyor General
Diagram must be drafted and this new Diagram is also lodged at the Deeds Office.
This process can take several months and it is advisable that the Seller attends to this before putting his house on the market to prevent delays.
