HOMEOWNER’S ASSOCIATION CLEARANCE

THE PROCESS

If there is a Homeowner’s Association condition in the title deed, the transfer attorney needs to apply for a consent to transfer from the HOA.

The HOA may well have their own requirements and levies to be settled before granting such consent and sometimes they do an
inspection of the property and may insist on certain changes before
granting their consent.
