Candice Saul, a valued member of the developments department at ESI Attorneys, brings a heartwarming story of perseverance, growth and community.
Candice grew up in Lutzville, a small town on the West Coast, known for its close-knit community and big-hearted people. “In Lutzville, everyone shares laughter, joy, tears and wisdom,” Candice reflects. Raised with unwavering love and support from her parents, she credits them for instilling the life morals that have shaped her strong foundation.
Her career journey began in 2013 when she started working as a filing clerk. Through dedication and hard work, she advanced to become the conveyancing secretary she is today. In 2018, Candice joined ESI Attorneys as a transfer assistant. She now handles low cost housing transfers as a developments conveyancing secretary, a role she describes as a daily learning experience with new challenges to overcome. “I love what I do,” she shares, “as this profession is a learning curve every day.”
Candice is also a proud mother to two beautiful children—a 9 year old son and a 5 year old daughter—and is engaged to be married. She finds joy in spending her free time with her children, reading and walking her dog.
Candice’s journey from a small town to her current role is a testament to her resilience. She takes pride in having made it beyond the boundaries of her hometown, embracing each challenge along the way. Her life motto is clear: “Be the hero in your own story. No matter how many times you fail, take pride in your efforts. Be brave, and don’t give up—success will meet you along the way.”
